Earnestly, she began her fresh bakery business with her two daughters, Athena and Vasiliki (affectionately known as Bessie) at her side.  Lambrine or "Laura" as she has become known to her American friends and family, has earned a reputation for serving a delicious, natural, healthy style of baking.  The same tender loving care she shares with her family is resplendent in the food she prepares.

In honor of her mother and her Greek heritage, Laura recently presented her gourmet meal products named "Labrine" (pronounced "la brin eee").  These healthy, tasty quick and easy meals are flaky, tender phyllo, seasoned with fresh herbs and lovingly hand made with only the freshest and finest vegetables.  Laura captures the essence of authentic Mediterranean flavor in each of her products - pies and wraps, by using her mother's secret "mill-to-grind" recipes passed down through generations.
